In 1981 the Cold War is at its height, three CIA operatives, Russell Adler, Alex Mason and Frank Woods are in Amsterdam looking for an Iranian terrorist Qasim Javadi for his role in the Iran hostage crisis of '79, Qasim is roughened for the location of the leader of the crisis, Arash Kadavir.
